Ordering
How do I place an order?
Select your product, click on “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout. Enter your details and complete the payment.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected orders.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation message via SMS or email after placing your order.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the delivery time?
Delivery usually takes 2–4 days for metro cities and 3–7 days for other locations.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, prepaid orders come with free shipping. COD orders include an additional charge.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Exchange is allowed only for damaged or wrong products. Requests must be made within 48 hours.
Is an unboxing video required?
Yes, a clear unboxing video is required to process any return or exchange request.
Do you deliver outside India?
No, currently we deliver only within India.
